Problem Space
First-time job seekers often feel overwhelmed and out of control during their job search. Scattered postings, unclear statuses, and lack of structure make it difficult to stay proactive and confident.
Our Goal
Transform the job search into a more confident and proactive experience by reducing uncertainty and isolation.
Target Audience
Recent college graduates and early-career job seekers navigating multiple job platforms for the first time.
Research
We conducted a survey with 26 participants and 6 follow-up interviews to understand how new graduates organize and track their job applications.
And carried out affinity mapping to synthesize insights and identify opportunity areas.

70% missed at least one follow-up or deadline due to poor organization.
